INFORMATION
Booking.
To be part of one our Plant tours, you must book in advance through our website. Plant tours are only available during production hours.
Maximum group size.
Group capacity is limited to 25 participants.
Filming and photography.
Visitors are not allowed to take pictures or make films during Plant tours. Cameras and mobile phones must be switched off or remain in airplane mode during the tour.
Admission and discount policy.
To join an open tour, participant must book through our website and pay $200 MXN per person or $160 MXN for visitors who qualify for discounted pricing (VAT included).
To take part in an private tour, please book through our website and pay $5,500 MXN per group (VAT included).
Our online tours are available for groups of up to 50 participants (no minimum size) and have a cost of $2,250 MN or $1,875 MXN for visitors who qualify for discounted pricing (VAT included).
We recommend not entering with luggage and personal computers (laptops), these are not necessary during the tour.
Reduced admission is valid for:
· BMW Group employees.
· Direct relatives of BMW Group employees.
· BMW dealer employees.
· Seniors (60 or more years of age).
· Participants with disabilities.
· Students and teachers.
· BMW or MINI Club members (for clubs registered under the BMW Clubs International Council).
Duration and distance.
Face to face Plant tours last between 90 and 105 minutes. Walking distances are approximately 4 km, we recommend using closed and comfortable shoes for your visit.
Online tours last approximately one hour.

Face to face tours:

People with pacemakers / insulin pumps.
Pacemakers or insulin pump users must not enter the body shop. Please inform your tour guide in advance if you are using a pacemaker or insulin pump.
Minimum age to join an onsite tour.
Visitors must be at least 6 years old.
Dress code.
For safety reasons, participants must not wear sandals, flip-flops or high heeled shoes. Arms and legs must also be covered during the body shop visit. Please wear long sleeves.
Start of the tours.
Please arrive at the visitor center 20 minutes before the start of the guided tour. Delays can only be compensated to a certain amount, as the Plant tour is linked with production cycles and other tour groups. Face masks are necessary upon arrival and throughout the tour.
No animals.
Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed.
Beverages and snacks.
Our Visitor Center offers bottles and water dispensers (free of charge), also beverages and snacks are available for sale.
Driving directions and parking.
To enter the Plant parking lot, please press the intercom button at the entrance gate and mention that you are visiting us for a Plant tour. The main entrance to the Plant is through Visitor Center.
